Conduct Academic Audit to identify gaps, shortcomings and inadequacies in the desired academic standards to meet the aspirations of the stakeholders i.e. students, parents and industry, hence better admissions.
Detailed discussion with promoters and key administrators of the Institution and visit of various departments of the Institution to understand the strengths and weaknesses. Department-wise sessions with faculty members to take stock of the activities, performance in university examination and placement.
Development of time bound Strategic Plan for a holistic 360-degree qualitative transformation of the institution.
Presentation of Strategic Plan to the management and discussion about its feasibility, constraints etc. followed by Revised Time bound Strategic Plan for a transformational change of the institution.
Execution of the Strategic Plan over the desired time period with an objective to improve the quality of technical education being imparted by the institution.
Advisory / consultancy activities by Advisors of TICS from time to time as decided mutually keeping in view the essence of Outcome Based Education (OBE).
Other activities will include framing of department wise Mission, Vision, Program wise Program Educational Objectives (PEOs), Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs), workshop on framing of Course Outcome and Course Learning Objectives for faculty members, putting OBE into day-to-day practice by faculty members, framing of Mentoring Guidelines, Development of various SOPs as may be needed to develop and institutionalize educational administrative system etc.
